PRIVACY POLICY

ViiVue ’s privacy and personal data protection policy

1. Introduction

ViiVue commits to protecting personal data in accordance with current Vietnamese law and ViiVue’s Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) for users using the website www.viivue.com (“User”).

2. Information on the processing of User’s data

In connection with the provision of our services, we will collect, store and process User’s data through User’s access and use of the website www.viivue.com of ViiVue (the “Website”).

ViiVue’s Policy applies to all Users who access and/or use our Website, specifically as follows:

2.1. Types of data collected

We collect the following types of data from Users:

  1. Name;
  2. Phone number;
  3. Email;
  4. IP address, cookies (if any).

This is the necessary data for us to contact and support Users in the process of consulting and providing services of ViiVue.

2.2. Methods of data collection

We collect the above types of data through the following methods:

  1. Submitting information via the request form on the Website: https://www.viivue.com/lets-talk/; and/or https://www.viivue.com/website-quotation/
  2. Communicating by phone, letter or email after completing items (i) above.

3. User’s data processing methods

The User agrees that the User’s data referred to in Item 2.2.1 is processed by any method in accordance with ViiVue’s Policy from time to time, including but not limited to, collecting, recording, analyzing, confirming, storing, rectifying, disclosing, combining, accessing, retrieving, withdrawing, encrypting, decrypting, copying, sharing, transmitting, providing, transferring, deleting, destroying personal data or other related actions.

4. Organizations and individuals that process User’s data

The User consents to the processing of the User’s data being carried out by:

  1. ViiVue; and
  2. Other organizations and individuals cooperate/associate with ViiVue to use this data to support Users in the process of using ViiVue’s services with written consent from the User.

5. Basis for data processing

ViiVue will collect, store, process User’s data from the time the User provides and shares it with ViiVue through the Website until:

  1. The User withdraws consent for ViiVue to collect, store, and process User’s Data;
  2. The User requests the deletion of data that ViiVue has collected, stored, and processed from the User.

Please note that ViiVue still has the right to store necessary User data in the cases stated in Item 7.1.(ii).

6. Means and tools for Users to edit data

Users can edit data collected by ViiVue by requesting via email info@viivue.com, or requesting directly through the website https://www.viivue.com; or through other appropriate means.

7. User Rights and Obligations

7.1. User’s rights

When using the Website https://www.viivue.com of ViiVue, Users have the following rights:

  1. Right to be informed: Users have the right to be informed of their data processing activities;
  2. Right to give consent: Users have the right to give consent or to not give consent to processing of their data, except in the following cases:
    1. Disclosure of User’s data as required by law;
    2. Providing data when requested by Vietnamese competent authorities.
  3. Right to access: Users have the right to access to view, rectify or request rectification of their data;
  4. Right to withdraw consent: Users have the right to withdraw their consent;
  5. Right to delete data: Users have the right to delete or request deletion of their data that ViiVue has collected, stored and processed;
  6. Right to obtain restriction on processing: Users have the right to obtain restriction on the processing of their data. The restriction on the processing of their data shall be implemented within 72 hours after receiving the User’s requests, with all data for which the User has requested restriction;
  7. Right to obtain data: Users have the right to request ViIVue to provide them with their data;
  8. Right to object to processing: Users have the right to object to ViiVue processing their data in order to prevent or restrict the disclosure of User’s data or the use of their data for advertising and marketing purposes. ViiVue must fulfill the User’s request within 72 hours after receiving the User’s request;
  9. Right to file complaints, denunciations: Users have the right file complaints, denunciations and lawsuits;
  10. Right to claim damage: Users have the right to claim damages according to the provisions of law when there are violations against regulations on protection of User’s data;
  11. Right to self-protection: Users have the right to self-protection according to the provisions of current Vietnamese law.
7.2. User’s obligations

When using the Website https://www.viivue.com of ViiVue, the User has the following obligations:

  1. To the extent possible, protecting their own data;
  2. Requesting other relevant organizations and individuals to protect their data;
  3. Providing complete and accurate data when consenting to the processing of User’s data;
  4. Participating in promoting, disseminating and raising awareness of User data protection skills; and
  5. Complying with legal regulations on personal data protection and participating in preventing and combating violations of personal data protection regulations.

8. Other commitments regarding the processing of data provided by Users

  1. ViiVue will protect the data provided by Users in accordance with Vietnamese laws. ViiVue will comply with the agreements and commitments mentioned in this Policy and other related contracts and documents.
  2. ViiVue collects, stores, and processes User’s data provided by the User for specific, clear, and lawful purposes and means, within the scope limited in this Policy and in accordance with Vietnamese law. Accordingly, ViiVue commits not to share User’s data for commercial purposes.
  3. ViiVue commits to collect, store and process User’s data until one of the cases in Item 5 occurs, or until it is no longer necessary for the purpose of collection.
  4. During the process of collecting, storing and processing User’s data, ViiVue and related parties will apply necessary technical and security measures within our capabilities to protect User’s data.

However, the User understands and acknowledges that no system, technical or security measures are absolutely safe for online transactions, and that cyberspace and other methods of collecting, storing and processing User’s data always have potential risks, including but not limited to, data leakage or data dissemination due to technical or security systems being attacked. In such cases, if ViiVue and related parties have applied all possible measures, ViiVue and related parties shall not bear any responsibility to the User and the User’s related parties (if any).

10. Policy Updates

  1. This Policy comes into effect from 18 June 2025.
  2. Contents not mentioned in the above Policy will be implemented in accordance with the provisions of Vietnamese law.
  3. We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time, and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Service after we post any modifications to the Privacy Policy on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.
